Marriage Shadi Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Marriage Shadi is not intended for child use. We do not tolerate users entering a false date of birth, false identity information, or misleading account details to access or authenticate an account. If this behaviour is found or reported, Marriage Shadi may take any action required, including restricting the account, removing the account, preserving relevant information where legally permitted, and reporting serious child safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.

Marriage Shadi is committed to protecting users and maintaining a safe environment. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or any behaviour that harms, exploits, sexualises, or endangers minors.

Marriage Shadi is intended for adults. Users must not use Marriage Shadi to contact, exploit, solicit, groom, threaten, share sexual content involving, or otherwise harm any person under 18 years of age.

Prohibited content and conduct

Marriage Shadi strictly prohibits:

  • Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexually exploitative content involving minors.
  • Sexual messages, images, videos, links, or requests involving minors.
  • Grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to move minors to another platform for sexual purposes.
  • Any profile, message, image, or behaviour that sexualises children or appears to involve child exploitation.
  • Sharing, requesting, threatening to share, or linking to CSAE or CSAM content.
  • Any attempt to use Marriage Shadi to identify, contact, or exploit minors.

Accounts that violate these standards may be removed immediately and reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Reporting child safety concerns

Users can report safety concerns through the app using the report/contact options available in Marriage Shadi. Users may also contact us directly at:

contact@marriageshadi.com

Please include relevant details, such as the profile name, message, screenshot, date, and a description of the concern. Do not send or forward illegal CSAM content. Instead, report where it appears and provide enough information for us to investigate.

Our response process

When Marriage Shadi receives a child safety report, we review it as quickly as possible. Where appropriate, we may:

  • Remove or restrict content.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts.
  • Preserve relevant account or report information where legally permitted.
  • Report suspected CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or child endangerment to appropriate regional, national, or international authorities as required by applicable law.
  • Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child safety authorities.

Compliance with child safety laws

Marriage Shadi complies with applicable child safety laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. We take action against CSAE and CSAM and maintain a designated contact point for child safety compliance.
